The following schedule is our regular schedule  (updated on January 9th, 2024)

Our Class Schedule is designed around your schedule. You are welcome to attend any class at your level each week, i.e. you can come on different day every week. Further, you can make up for any missed classes any time at your convenience within your enrollment period. However, we recommend attending classes on a regular basis for most effective training as students retain what they learn better that way (memory in terms of both brain & muscles). Kindly note that class schedule is subject to change without notice. We will try our best to keep the schedule current on this page.
